Working with Seth was an absolute pleasure and I can't recommend working with him and his team enough. He is, by far, the best real estate agent I've worked with and have already recommended him to my friend and family. What makes him great? 1) Ambition - Seth knew there was a space in the market for a better real estate experience, so he went out and started his own company. That takes courage, effort, and so much more, but really shows the drive and passion he has. 2) Timing - From our first conversation to our pending offer, took 16 days. Lightning fast and he bulldozed through the process so efficiently. 3) Knowledge - Seth was very knowledgeable about the market at a local, state, and national level - this made for engaging conversations and some great insights. He also took the time to explain the type of nuances we should look for when an offer was made (e.g specific clauses, % down payment, etc). While these felt like minor details at first they became important for our move and Seth was an expert every step of the way. 4) Communication - Seth basically made himself available to us 24/7 (He would respond in 20 seconds on a Sunday AM text). He took full advantage of all technology available today to market the listing and communicate with us to make sure we were comfortable during the whole process. This included facebook videos, state of the art video capture, docusign, communicating via text, etc. If there was something that would make our showing or sale better, he did it. 5) Negotiation - As with any real estate sales, there was back and forth. Seth listened to our needs and went back and pushed on the buyer multiple times when appropriate to get to a resolution that was win-win for all parties. 6) Additional Benefits - This is the icing on the cake. Seth has created a strong network for himself and was able to provide professional cleaners and trash collectors to come out on two separate occasions. He also sent us "stress relief" packages and gift certificates to local restaurants. It's these personalized touches that reduced the stress of the move and made it a wonderful experience. If anyone is looking for a realtor, Seth and his team are the best in the business hands down!
